My name is Brandon L[redacted] the manager at Crowley Pawn Shop. I am writing this email regarding a complaint that was filed against us by Mr. [redacted] Mr. [redacted] did pick his television up from pawn the day stated. However, he called to complain 5 hours later so we had no way of knowing if...

the product was damaged while in his care or ours. Also, I would never talk to a customer in the manner Mr. [redacted] wrote in his complaint. I have been with the company for 12+ years and have never had a customer complaint about my professionalism. I would not use curse while talking to a customer, much less directed toward that customer. I have called Mr. [redacted] on the number provided by your letterhead, [redacted], twice and left a message. After consideration, we were going to offer Mr. [redacted] a replacement television because we would rather keep our customers happy, but we never received a response back. I feel that we have gone out of our way to try and make the situation better for all parties involved.   Thank you, Brandon
