I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.The response basically disregards how I was treated I was basically called a liar after asking the service consultant multiple times in order to verify the price that would be matched I purposely asked multiple time because if it wasn’t the rebate discounted price I would have proceeded to order online as I was already in the process of doing I’d like a refund so that I get the price that I was verbally quoted multiple times as well as a free oil change for the way I have been treated.Since this time someone called me to see how my service went, I explained what I have explained in this case and was promised a return call in hours, that also did not happen This is no way to treat loyal customers Me and my spouse both bought our cars here and we loyally visit this location for service This is unacceptable
