I am rejecting this response because: When I bought the truck I was told it was a good running no problem truck it stated on the paper work that there where no errors on the dash board of the truck and I have paper work from day after purchase that it did have errors on the dash Also day after purchase the truck had a broken engine mount the truck would not have passed inspection months after buying the truck I spend on repairs to date its and it still needs work I should at least be reimbursed for my repairs or down payment the truck was listed at it was over valued with all repairs needed and blown rear differential I spoke to lawyers and they all agree I have been wronged with the paper work I have but with VA laws its hard to take to court He knew I was coming off a bankruptcy and was starting over and needed a good reliable vehicle

[redacted] purchased a vechicle from us on 05/20/2016. He inspected the car with a mechanic (or with car specialist he came together with to our office) - He made the decision to purchase the car about 10 days after his visit. Also, he recieved $1000 discount from the advertised price. We have it all...

documented. 2-3 weeks after the purchase, he started complaining about many issues. Although, the car was purchased as-is, I asked him to bring us the car so we can inspect it and probably repair ir. He emailed us that he wants money to fix the car... Same day later, he emails us and says that both engine and transmission are probably bad and the car is at mechanic shop. One of our associate visited [redacted]'s house as he needed to sign the Title to register the car, that was exactly 2 weeks after the purchase. The car was driven at that day and was parked at [redacted] house. Even now, we are ready to inspect [redacted] car and take it to certified mechanics as he insists it may have some bad issues. I am absolutly sure, the engine and transmission were exellent on this car and I can attach inspection copies for that dated a week or so prior to the purchase. If [redacted] chooses to bring us the car so we can see and inspect it, we can probably come to some terms. At this point, he is trying a different approach and we can't help him.

#  #[redacted].  The car has a valid VA inspection and inspection is issues by inspection station under VA state police.  Also, he purchased the car AS- IS and on top of that he contacted us with the complaint more than 30 days after he had [purchased it. Also, he purchased the truck at the price which is $3K under KBB value..
