I am rejecting this response because: cadillac called me and gave me only two tires which I appreciate but I had to pay for a wheel alignment but was unhappy with that cause I feel I shouldn't have to pay anything cause they was at fault not meI also felt was only two tires and not four tiresI am not completely happy

Before the sale of this vehicle, we examined the tread depth of the tires and found them to be within safety regulationsHowever, upon the customers current return to our service department with the vehicle, we found the depth to be below safety regulations, and are installing tires at no cost to
the customerThe customer appears satisfied at this time

Review: I purchase a 2011 SRX Cadillac in July 2014 and I feel this business sold me bad tires with the car and I try talking to them about better tires and was very unsatisfied with they service. I feel they should not of sold me this car with bad tires. The car tires are so bad they cannot be fixed. I also feel it was a safety hazard. We could have had a very bad accident.

Review: Buy-OEM-Parts.com, A Division of Crown Cadillac Inc., has processed my credit card for an order for 2 car parts placed online. After charging my account, they advised me that they actually don't carry the products advertised in their catalog. When I asked for a refund, they refused.Desired Settlement: They be investingated by Dept. of Commerce for advertising the sale of products that have been discontinued and charging credit cards before inventory has been confirmed.
