FLAWLESS PROCESS
I went online and searched much until C&C caught my attention. I emailed them with my concerns about the process for selling my timepiece and the people were very helpful, the information was accurate and a fair clean process was described to me that fulfilled my expectations.
I sent my Patek and the evaluation and consignment process was done cleanly and accurately. My watch was sold and I purchased one from them as well. I am very pleased and these guys sure take care of you well.. thank you, Jorge V.

Efficient service overall for a good watch that was not particularly easy to sell [quality watch but with a retro style]. I also felt that the price estimate was right on the money. Crown & Caliber charges a spread when they sell your watch. I thought that their fee structure was fair but a customer may want to make sure that he/she understands it before shipping their piece.
Bottom line: If I had another watch to sell, I would go with this company.

A last point: This company is also honest in their disclosure of a watch defect. I do not like to buy second hand watches but if I was shopping for one , I would go through C&C as well.

I sold my used Rolex watch to Crown & Caliber. The whole process was super easy and very professional. Everything described about the selling process on their website was accurate and is exactly how things took place. The staff is open and communicates with you at every step, and to top it off, of all the offers I received for the timepiece from different dealers theirs was by far the best.

I was very suspicious to start , asked to see insurance binders and the sort .
they sent me everything I asked for.
they fixed , posted and sold my watch and sent me that check without any problems.they sold for 5% less than they thought , but they got me more than I originally thought they would !
