Review: Made an contract for rent to own .James then changes the contract increases the tax amount agrees to add taxes to rent payment fails to do so then tries to say that we did not pay taxes .I have an email from them stating that they would add it to rent since the increase amount!! Kept all emails from them.Desired Settlement: Would like them to fulfill there end of contract or replace all the money I pd on house including updates to house!!!

Review: Back in July 2013 I paid 1000 dollars to move into a place in turtle creek everything went ok until I asked to move in because I had the feast of the money he stated that the place had to be inspected by fire marshes I had to Waite that was never talked about he said as soon as I had the rest of the money I could move in that wasn't the caseDesired Settlement: I would like my money back or a home to rent
