Damaged my car, in the car wash, on a month old paint jobA peice of metal came flying out of the dryer at the endI told them inside and apparently the dryer had just been repaired the same day earlierMade a small dime sized dent in the hoodThe owner showed up (they kept me there wating, said he had to see it) for minutes after the car was done, only to have him say he wouldnt do a thing, because his car wash didn't do itReally???
I had had a pass here for a number of yearsIncluding one other incident where I was hospitalized and had surgeries, so I didn't come in for plus monthsI had called and put my pass on hold before handBig mistakeI should have gone in and done it in personThey kept charging me anywayThen even when I showed proof of surgeries and the owner checked and saw I had not been in for two months (tracked by computer) he would only "credit" me one monthNo refunds and only one month!
Their service is average at bestSlightly mediocreThey were pretty good a few years agoBut gone way down hill the last few yearsAnd then the owner not taking responsibility for the damage from HIS equipment on my hood, classlessI cancelled my pass that very day and have never been backIn fact, getting ready to sue him in court for the damage
On Friday June 8th, 9:34am I took my new car that I bought two days before to their car washThe day I bought my car I took pictures so that my car had NO scratches on itFriday morning I went in 9:paid $I went through the wash came out gave my keys away and waited10:15am I went back to my car it was under their garage checked it out seen no water spots but felt rushed to get into my carI went into the store my daughter started in the car and when I came outOf the store I noticed several scratches ALL over itI immediately called Supersonic and talked to Hannah P*** she went in saying this had never happened before so the scratches were made by me and road rocksI sent her my pictures of the car and she started “Yes I can see there were no scratches but you know it wasn’t from our carwash maybe a little kid on his bike did itShe said there not random and if they were then maybe the carwash did it”! No Hannah I had NO scratches on it per the pictures I took!!
