I have never had a car dealership work so hard to get me a car ever in my life, and I have bought a few cars in my lifeThe General Manager [redacted] and my sales person [redacted] were the best They made me feel respected and very welcomeI had already been to several dealerships that day and each one made walk out with my head down like the walk of shame because I don't have to best credit When I walked in Crown Chrysler Chattanooga I walked to the desk and saw [redacted] and with tears in my eyes asked him if he could please help me He immediately listened to my situation and started looking for cars that I would qualify for, then he introduced me to [redacted] my salesman and the rest is as they say history These guys from [redacted] to [redacted] to Mark who did paperwork were the BEST I will go back to them again and again and will send my friends and family back to them I prayed for God to send me to the right dealership and my prayers were answered when I was about to give up, this was my last stop for the day because I was so exhausted and emotionally drained and embarrassed at the other places I was gonna just give up and go homeSo thank you Crown Chrysler of Chattanooga for [redacted] and [redacted] the are the answer to a prayerI wish these two men all the happiness and success in the world

I purchased a jeep Compass from crown back in NovemberI recently found out that I was taken for a suckerI was told I was getting a good dealI later found out when trying to trade in the jeep for something bigger to expand our family that we were charged 36K for a jeep worth a fraction of thatAnd with reviewing paperwork the price of the jeep does not even match on all of the paperworkAt the time a financial adviser told me I was getting a good deal and that If I signed that in months I would be able to refinanceI have attempted on numerous occasions to contact Crown only to be able to leave messages that are not returned and the number I was provided to the financial adviser that was supposed to help me refinance does not even have a voicemailAt this point with depreciation I am now stuck in a loan with almost 20K of negative equity and no way to get out from under itThe short sweet version is they over priced the jeep and bold faced lied to me to get the sale

I would like to rate my recent experience with Crown [redacted]

Experience: Sales consultant ( [redacted] ) -> We were tricked into signing documentation that was told was for income verification when it was an actual credit pull which he said it would not be. Soon to find out it was a hard hit inquire on credit report impacting -17 points. DO NOT TRUST THIS SALES ASSOCIATE. Uses very sketchy sales tactics to bait and switch you in to what he wants. Also; dont bother to tell his boss who will come over to you like a BEAR and tell you that you are lying and not even try to difuse the issue. I belelive it is a crime to tell a customer there credit is not going to be looked up and then you do it anyway?? Then told to "GET OUT OF THE STORE" Geez.....Wow! My wife and I have Never experienced a more friendly and accommodating car dealership! They made our car buying experience a real Pleasurable experience! In fact we were on our way to another dealership, and remembered how well Fulton Lewis our salesman treated us and took the time to really take care of us. even though we weren't purchasing that day. Well that was just the beginning , after seeing Fulton again and ( Just Love That Man)
detailing our situation to him, which I might add was pretty strange. we proceeded . [redacted] the Sales Manager was ever bit as nice and accommodating as well to us! He went the extra mile to help us out! The office Manager [redacted] was nice also and thoroughly took her time to explain every detail to us! Every one we met was nice and made us feel special.The credit manager was just as nice, too! We are TOTALLY SATISFIED with our purchase! We left in our new car, and felt we really made a bunch of new friends! The whole team at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram CHATTANOOGA, should be congratulated, the BEST team I've ever seen!
