Mr [redacted] was informed in April that the rifle was taking longer from manufacturer he advised he would wait longer and see what happensThe rifle finally did show up, and he said he had already purchased one and would like to cancel, I stated we do not typically cancel special orders but since it took longer than expected that I would do so, but at this point we were in the process of purchasing a bigger building and moving our shop and that if he was in a hurry I would send rifle,If he wanted a cash refund that would take a bit longer as our bank account was in escrow until our closingHis exact words were "thats fine as long as it doesn't take another months" that was in August, and his refund has been mailed on Sept 6thHe was told if he didn't receive it by 9/to call the shopHe didn't call back to the following week to say he hadn't received it, apparently it's missing in the mail, so I filed a claim with [redacted] and purchased more money orders and remailed on 9/I have no more comment on this matter as our attorney is filing a slander & defamation law suit against Mr [redacted] for some comments he has made on social media against me and my storeEnclosed you will find copies of the money orders we sent

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me This is only because since my complaint was filed I have FINALLY received full reimbursement which has been pending since MAYI received the reimbursement in the form of two *** money orders on 21SEPfor the full amountAs for their claim slander & defamation and the supposed forthcoming lawsuit regarding comments made on social media, that is an erroneous statementThis business' Facebook page offers a rating & comment sectionDue to my extreme dissatisfaction with the performance of their actions/inactions with this transaction I simply posted the exact same facts that I did in my complaint with the Revdex.com in the comments section and gave a low one star ratingI made no slanderous remarks and simply stated the timeline of events and facts pertaining to this particular transaction in the comment section of the rating Very discouraging when a business does NOT meet their obligations and expectations that they set, and then try to punish the unsatisfied customer for posting an honest rating solely based on the experience with the businessIf a business wants people to provide only positive feedback and ratings, it is their obligation to earn those things based on the business' performanceYou can be assured that in the future I will make point of taking my business elsewhere based on the lack of professionalism, lack of customer service & pending threats of lawsuits from this "business". His exact words were "thats fine as long as it doesn't take another 5 months" that was in August, and his refund has been mailed on Sept 6th. He was told if he didn't receive it by 9/11 to call the shop. He didn't call back to the following week to say he hadn't received it, apparently it's missing in the mail, so I filed a claim with [redacted] and purchased 2 more money orders and remailed on 9/18. I have no more comment on this matter as our attorney is filing a slander & defamation law suit against Mr. [redacted] for some comments he has made on social media against me and my store.
