Crown City Inn & Bistro

Review: I was billed for a room we did not stay in. I have contacted the Crown City Inn multiple times, starting on 11/25/13. I talked to the owner, Melissa on 12/3/13 and have called many times but she is unresponsive and the desk clerks state they do not have access to review the folio and make the appropriate credit to my account.Desired Settlement: Not only should we receive a refund of the billed monies but also be given an additional credit toward our own hotel fees for all the time and trouble I have had to go through to get this issue resolved.
