We dispute MrC***' response. We agree that he has finished the deck. We asked in our complaint that he do so by June 24. He failed to. We asked that he respond to communications from either me or my husband within twenty-four hours. He failed to. I have never heard from him in response to my Revdex.com complaint. My husband failed to have timely responses to his calls to MrC*** in late June. MrC***' statement that "We...indicated to him (***'s husband *** ***) that we would be over the following day." is misleading. MrC*** did not initiate that contact. Dr*** had placed numerous calls to MrC***, calls which were not responded to promptly, in order to elicit a responseNo only do we have problems with MrC***' communications, we have problems with his timeliness (this work was contracted in mid-September of 2015) and now, his truthfulness

We got a hold of ***'s husband *** ***Indicated to him that we would be over the following day, We did go over and proceeded on the deck and we cleaned up all the areasPicked up as much of the paint that was peeling, sanded the deck and so forthWe informed the customer, at that point,
striping the deck was going to was going to exceed far more work than what we had anticipated And since there was a deadline of July 8th that they need the deck to be done by, we advised them that the best thing to do was to stain it a dark colorWe sanded the deck thoroughly and to make sure the new stain would adhere to the decks boards, so that they wouldn't have any concerns*** *** did agree to thatHe selected a colorThe following the day we sent two workers over there and they sanded the deck down again completely, making sure there was no more lifting of the old paint that was put on thereProceeded to paint the deckPainted an exterior back door as well, that they had requested that we did and did that for themOnce we completed that, Mr*** was satisfied with our work, did indicate that we did do good work and but our problem was are communicationsThat was just itAnd just the communicating part was what we needed to work on
