Review: Garbage pick up service has always been skipped since the date we start the service. We were warned by department of sanitation for garbage left outside. My questions is when the service is skipped on their end, can we skip the payment in return?Desired Settlement: Pick all trash sitting outside of our office, Plush a refund of skip of 3 months payment.
