My Wife and I were called by Chris who stated to us over the phone that the particular truck we were looking for would be no more than 39900, and that what ever the out come he guaranteed that it would not be any higher So we took the min trip to the dealership and and after an hour the price was with the explanation "I don t do the numbers" We than left with no truck I have then received phone calls phone calls the latest Sep at PM from another sales person trying to sale me a truck, In addition I have received Emails with the other Sales staff attempting to sale me a truck The worst part is I received a call on the 5th around PM from a sales supervisor that stated "bottom line you were lied to" I said yes and he said that he was going to have a meeting with the management in the morning to discus our experience No surprise I didn't recive a phone call from him but from another sales person trying to sale me the same truck Over the past years I have bought vehicles from this dealership Take a guess whether I buy another

I absolutely will never get any kind of services from these people EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! I had my car in the body shop after an accident and at first they promised me that my car will be completed at a specific date just as you would expect from any service companyAs the day slowly approached I made plans to go home and pick up my car since I am a college student and is currently awayI called them to make sure that it was finish and the lady told me that it will be done soon but then later received a call saying that the hood of my car haven't came in therefore it will not be done until the next weekSlightly irritated but understanding I allow the situation to slide and express to them that I will not have a way to pick up my carSo another week went by and I decided to contact themI was on hold for minutes and the lady promise she would call me back but never did so I called again and againThen she finally informed me how my car will be delivered at the end of the weekSo as it approached I called to confirm because obviously they weren't going to contact me at allAnd today she told me that its not done and she doesn't know when it would be and told me she would call back because she was with a customerObviously CROWN DODGE is abusing the fact that I'm a college student and will not stand up for myself so they feel like the service for my car isn't as important as othersThe lack of customer service is tragic in this placeI am very worried about what kind of service they are performing on my car at this pointIf it was possible to withdraw and have my car service somewhere else and my insurance would cover it I would have done soLike i've said I'm a college student with a busy schedule and a job on top of everythingI cannot constantly stress about something as little as a carThese people are not considerate of other lives.I don't know who is the management of this body shop but something needs to be done about the customer service at this placeDON'T GIVE A CUSTOMER AN EXPECTATION THAT YOU CANNOT MEET

So we took the 45 min trip to the dealership and and after an hour the price was 40900 with the explanation "I don t do the numbers". We than left with no truck. I have then received phone calls 2 phone calls the latest 6 Sep at 830 PM from another sales person trying to sale me a truck, In addition I have received 3 Emails with the other Sales staff attempting to sale me a truck. The worst part is I received a call on the 5th around 745 PM from a sales supervisor that stated "bottom line you were lied to" I said yes and he said that he was going to have a meeting with the management in the morning to discus our experience. No surprise I didn't recive a phone call from him but from another sales person trying to sale me the same truck. Over the past 10 years I have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership. Take a guess whether I buy another.

If it was possible to withdraw and have my car service somewhere else and my insurance would cover it I would have done so. These people are not considerate of other lives.I don't know who is the management of this body shop but something needs to be done about the customer service at this place. DON'T GIVE A CUSTOMER AN EXPECTATION THAT YOU CANNOT MEET.

I purchase a car from crown doge dealer in fayetteville NC last month 3 weeks after I notice that there was some bubble dent in the rear bumper.I call up my insurance file a claim .I took my car for an estimate they told me that the dent was in the car before I purchase it ,the dealer cover up the dent with some touch up bubble paint. I took the car back to the dealership so they can repair the damage . the manager name was Brandon he is very rude .he told me that its a used car which I already know it was . the previous owner might be the one who cover up the dent they will not fix it. I plan on getting a lawyer to get this matter result.If any one is looking to buy a car go elsewhere .terrible customer service they just want your money .once they take your money .what ever problem u have you are on ur own except u seeking a lawyer to help you..
