Mrs [redacted] was provided good service from start to finish She is elderly and has memory issues her work has been completed for over days and we invoiced exactly what the insurance approved not a dollar more We have made over phone calls and stopped by her home times in effort to reach her over the last weeks and have had no response We have left several business cards in her door to prove our presence and they have not been collected She then proceeded to file a non accurate complaint as she was not even aware the work was finished and we have billed her accordingly and accurately per her insurance company Mrs [redacted] has agreed to withdrawal her statement on the Revdex.com after I reached her for the first time in days this last Friday 8/4/ We reassured Mrs [redacted] that we will sit down with her at her home to go over everything so she can rest assured she is getting everything her insurance paid for The reason for the bill being over her original estimate is because her insurance didn't pay for enough siding to finish the job so we got her insurance involved and they approved the additional work Mrs [redacted] was not aware because she was not answering calls or her door for days

The job completed was following a insurance company's scope of work due to storm damage to the home We completed these requirements to a very high standardAttached are photos showing the issue is from the original home builder not properly installing flashing behind thesidingThe step
flashing being on top of the house wrapNot layered and sealed correctly. NONE of our work that we were contracted to do was involving that flashing behind the siding causing the leaking issuesWe sent our repair guy to photo and verify the issue and proposed a resolutionBecause the issue is not from our work completed we presented a price for repairs Also as another note this was leaking before we preformed our work replacing the roof and underlaymenysI'm happy to help in any way I can but this issue has been explained very clearly to the homeowner and in a prompt manner
