I am rejecting this response because: i want a date date he is going to do the work, not a phone call.  We can make any date work.  Any day, any time.

Crown Exteriors did inspect the roof prior to [redacted] purchasing the home and made the recommendation for some minor repairs, however Crown stated that if we were to do repairs that they would have to wait until it could be worked into schedule when we were already in the area and had enough time to...

complete these repairs, we have tried to on two separate occasions and chance of rain has prevented us from doing so. Also crown has never recieved any money for this job, the [redacted],s have the check and crown did not do the installation of existing roof so this complaint is very misleading. Crown is willing to do these repairs but must have a signed contract and availability with appropriate weather. Sincerely Ray [redacted]
