I went with this company after reading their reviews onlineThey told me the windows would arrive in 4-weeksweeks later I had my install dateThey showed up hours late the first day causing me to be very late to workAdditionally they assured me it would be a day jobWhen the crew was here they destroyed my wallsI just put new grass at the new home I purchased and the installed drove up the grass and destroyed the grass to the point my neighbor took photos and made a complaintAdditionally when I was not home the installers went in my fridge and helped themselves to my beveragesDrinking two packs of cola in the time they were hereAt the end of the week they left on Friday and did not install any of the locks on any of my doorsOn Saturday they were supposed to come back and finish the jobI receive a call at am from ***, a saleman who tells me they will not be coming on Saturday and that they will finish on MondayI beg *** to figure out a solution because none of my doors closed or had locks on them because they did not finish the job they said they would finish saturdayHe laughed at me and told me that is not his problem and hung upHe ignored me the rest of the dayOn monday I called the office and spoke to the office managers April and Karlene who promised me they would look into the matter to correct the issue as soon as possibleI had to follow up over and over and over againThey came on Monday several hours late of course to finish the jobThey never touched up the rest of the walls and left hundreds of dollars of repairs I had to hire a contractor to come in and fix who stated that most of the work they were supposed to do they did notAlso the city came out to do an inspection and it failedThe city was supposed to come back to meet the company to finish signing off and it has not happened yetRight now the doors are inAfter hiring another company to fix the destruction they did to my home it looks betterHowever I still do not have a signed document from the city the job was completeThe inspection was several days ago and I have not heard from the companyThey never apologized for the rude remarks from *** the salesmanThey did not want to make it rightThey did not want to even offer me a discount for all of the stress they caused meThey did not offer to fix the grass or replace the drinks their crew helped themselves toThey did not even offer to update me on why we failed there permit and when they would finish the jobHORRIBLE companywould not recommend them to anyone unless they are ready for a horrible experience with poor service poor product and poor management

HI TECH POOL & SPA DID A GREAT JOB REPLACING A LOW SPEED PUMP ,,NEW CONTROL PANEL AND HEATER ELEMENT ON MY 13 YEAR OLD SIX PERSON HOT TUB .OTHER COMPANIES COULD NOT HELP ME OUT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SELL MY BRAND .FRANK FROM HI TECH DID A GREAT JOB AT A FAIR PRICE , GOT TO BE THE BEST IN THE DALLAS TX AREA
