Review: My son and I financed a dinette table and four chairs from this location. The Manager on Duty ([redacted]) said that he would be able to deliver the product on Friday if not early Saturday. I told [redacted] that I needed the Table delivered before 2 because I was having an event at my home and he agreed. The Technicians called around 10 am and stated that they were on their way it took them over 2 hours to arrive. Once they dropped the table off it was damaged pretty bad. My Son called me on my cellphone and told me that the table was scratched up pretty bad. I asked him to take a dish towel and wipe it off it might just be dust. I immediately called the technician back and told him that the table was damaged he said it was salt because they had to turn the table upside down in their truck. I called the store and no-one answered. I arrived home 5 minutes after speaking to my son. I called the store again several times and no-one answered. I then started to take pictures of the table. After 30 minutes [redacted] called my sons phone back. I told him that the table was damaged and one of the chairs was off balanced. He stated that he gave me the sales display table. I advised him that is not what we agreed. I told him that I was supposed to get a brand new table and chairs from the box & I agreed to pay a $25.00 set-up fee. The technician told my son we didn't have to pay that fee because the table was already together. During this call [redacted] stated that he would call me on Monday to make arrangements to come out and exchange the table. He called my son's phone on Monday after we already agreed that he contact me going forward and said that they are on their way. My son texted me and gave the technician my number I spoke to the Technician and made arrangements for an adult to meet them at my house. The technicians put the new table together and took the chair. When I spoke to he said when I bring the $25.00 set-up fee he would give me the chair. I went to the store and paid the fee and never received itDesired Settlement: I would like a brand new chair like I was promised. I have made two payments to him and I still have not received all of my merchandise.
