Mr. [redacted] called and requested that his tank be picked up. we did so. There is a 2 hrs min. charge to pump out tank. This came to $150. There was 100 gals of propane in tank. We credited him $169 for this....

He also owed us $55.79 that was past due. the balance he owes us is $35.89.

I do not accept the response. Crown Gas has failed to address the issues. I have clearly stated all issues in 2 registered letters dated May 24th and July 5th. 1st issue. The tank leaked hundreds of dollars of gas because it was not checked, maintained, or tested for leaks for 9 years. Crown Gas has collected about $450.00 in lease fees over this time period. I feel Crown Gas should pay for all the leaked gas because of their failure to maintain a properly working tank. I felt I was being very reasonable when I asked Crown Gas to pay half. I also told Crown Gas I was not paying the lease fee on a tank that cost me hundreds of dollars but that I would pay the lease fee if they would pay for half of the leaked gas. I felt this was reasonable. 2nd issue What Crown Gas does with their tank is their business. Putting a service charge on me to pump their tank is not acceptable. This was never discussed, I was not notified of or agreed to. It is not in any agreement I signed. Any legitimate business would provide a written estimate of expenses before a service is preformed. I clearly stated this in my registered letter dated May 24th 2015. Issue #3 Crown Gas drove a huge fully loaded truck across my lawn causing extensive damage. I got a estimate to restore my lawn and sent it registered mail on July 5th 2015. I expect to be paid for this. Any legitimate business that does damage to a customers property has to make it right. Crown Gas has chosen to ignore all of these issues. Lawn repair $500.00 100 gallons remaining in the tank $169.90 150 gallons leaked gas $254.40 divided by 2 = $127.20 for a total of $797.10 As stated before I will pay the lease fee if these issues are resolved. Revdex.com and Crown Gas: It is clear I signed page 1 of this lease agreement 9 years ago. I do not remember ever receiving page 3 of this agreement and I doubt very much if I ever did. Please have Crown Gas show us the copy where I signed onto page 3. Under the Crown Gas terms and conditions I will respond to #4 The tanks location was determined by the previous owner of the property and Crown Gas. I have never purchased gas so no I did not make a roadway for their truck. If Crown Gas knows the terms of their agreement so well why didn't say " We require a roadway to be able to pick up our tank? #5 The truck was loaded with 2 other 500 gallon tanks and when they left it had 3 on a very large flatbed truck that I'm sure weighed several Tons. #6 I will pay the lease fee. Crown Gas will receive my check in a few days. Revdex.com, in regards to #2 under terms and conditions please note the last sentence. I did that immediately in November of 2014. It took Crown Gas 5 months to pick up the tank. The issues are this. Charging a customer a $150 fee that was never explained is bad business. Not refunding my 100 gallons of gas is stealing. This charge needs to be removed. I also feel the expense to restore the lawn should be paid by Crown Gas $500.

There was a front and back to the lease Mr. [redacted] signed. It was item 2-3-4-5 that was on the back of the lease - NOT PAGES 2,3,4-5. Now this is the last time I am going to respond to this. DO NOT HARASS Me again. This is the 2nd time I have asked you to quit harassing me.
