Crown Heights Best Cleaners

Review: I dropped my clothes off at this cleaners. They charged me $136.00 for several items (27 blouses). When I went to pick up my clothes, 7-8 pieces were missing. Apparently, they gave my clothes to someone else without the receipt and charged them partial payment. These items were crossed off of their receipt, and did not match the number of items on my receipt. When I asked them what happened to my clothes, the person at the desk (who did not speak english very well) stated she did not know. She waved her arms and did not have an appropriate answer. My husband had to wait for the owner to come back so that he could address the issue.Desired Settlement: Although my 7-8 blouses can not be replaced by the amount of money they charged, I would appreciate a refund of the amount to my bill.
