We have received the letter dated 1-18-The home that Mrs*** purchased iscovered under a factory warranty for repairsOnce the home is finished, the customerdoes a walk through of the home with the factoryThis walk through is turned into theservice department for Karsten Homes and they
schedule service with the customerMrs.*** on several occasions sent me emails and phone calls that the factory had not yetserviced her homeI intem sent these email requests to the service manager for thefactoryWe do not receive calls the factory on the scheduling of the service, so theonly way we know they have not been to the site is if the customer calls us and lets usknow (which Mrs*** did do)The only thing I can do is to call the factory and emailthem the issues and trust that they will get this doneI've attached the emails that Mrs.*** sent me with the forwarding email to the factory.We have contacted the factory and sent them this letter from Revdex.com and our responseWehave told the factory that they need to get this resolved as soon as possibleWe strive tohave happy customers and the work that was done on this file by Crown Homes, Inc., Ibelieve was done to the satisfaction of the customerWe worked extremely hard on thisfile with her insurance company and wdth the County to get this doneMrs*** didnot live here and so we did most of the scheduling for the entire projectBecause thewarranty is through the factory, they have to schedule all the after service work.We will continue to call the factory until this is resolved
