I bought a Honda CR-V from Crown Honda of Greensboro and I would rate my experience with the sales team and the manager as relatively bad oneI traveled all the way from Raleigh to this dealership since they promised a price on phone which I was not getting at their other location in DurhamOn reaching there the sales person did not take much interest in showing cars of my interest and the one which was agreed upon at a certain price over phone then was offered to me at a different priceI am so disappointed that I had to travel that far and had to pay more price for the carAlso I am highly unsatisfied with after sales services, Its been almost weeks I bought my car and I still don't have the second key of my carI have called the dealership times and the only answer I get is sales person will get back to me
Further I get a call from service department after I added a google review and they are asking me to drive miles one way so that they can make me a second keyReason, the sales guy who sold me the car promised to send me second key by mail and then the dealership realize that they do not possess second key They are not at all flexibleWill have to waste an entire day because of mistake on their partFurthermore they are not ready to even compensate for this and are very blunt in asking me to come over and get the key carvedI would rate my experience as horrible, painful and forgettable I would never ever buy any vehicle from Crown Honda and never recommend this dealership to anyone since they really do not care about customer satisfaction, and also do not keep up the sales promises
