I sent one of our concrete finishers over to touch up the curb, looks like it was hit and scraped. As for taking months to get there, we are pretty up front with our contracts. Per Business: Business stated they are planning on fixing the hairline cracks in the concrete that has shown upThe business is booked pretty far out right now but sent a letter to the cus***er stating they will come to fix the concrete, they just don't have a time frame of when they will be out
because they are booked daily for the next month

In the letter that they sent me it states that they will replace two of the concreted blocks that have several cracks and fill a crack near trench drain in their statement they sent to you it states they will only fill the cracks so this is unacceptable to us. I would like them to state what they sent to me to you as wellI would like this to be done as soon as possible and before we get cold weather

Not really a dispute, we stay extremely busy at this time of year and when we get our crew in the area we take care of the issues. The joint was sealed earlier this week.
