Crown Jewels

I took my ring into Crown Jewels to get two diamonds replaced and sized and repair the prongs on it and that's what is on my receipt for the cost of 225.00 for that ring .I got my ring back and one of the diamonds were real dark she said some times there is fuzz that gets in it. I took it home and got the magnifying glass out and looked and it was unreal.. I called and said it was still dark and it didn't look right and it was still snagging.They had it again and still looked wrong when I picked it up . I let them know I was very unhappy and my ring is still not fixed and I asked the guy that was there would you wear this and was rude and said I wouldn't wear that ring.I went home almost in tears my ring is worst then when I went there . I took it and had it fixed by another jewelers said 1 diamond was cracked the other one was a cz and on top of it one prong was missing . How do you replace a diamond and leave out a prong that is what holds the diamond in place. I mean if one was missing you would say you need to replace it but they didn't. When I got my ring back from the other jewelers and payed 150.00 more to have it done right by some one who knows what there doing. I have many pictures before and after . I went to talk with the owner and she was a joke told me we don't do shady work well I had the proof with my ring. Then she wanted me to give her my ring I said you had it twice. I didn't want it to get lost while she had it again.She was rude and did nothing to correct this problem.Sad very sad
