come to the phone or return messages. He will sporadically answer text messages. Since October 26th, the date of the most recent partial payment, we have received many promises via text to make more payments in the near future but of course we receive nothing and no explanation is given. We have copies of all text messages, as well as a contract for payment made October 26th and signed by Mr. Kornell.We have spoken with someone who has had dealings with this company in the past and they suggested a possible link to organized crime. We feel that its possible that its not Keith we are communicating with, but someone else posing as Keith and that he may be a victim in this matter.  We have no facts or evidence to back up this claim, but its something to keep in mind.We are still owed $49,583.68 from the original total of $89,583.68.  We are a small company and cannot absorb this kind of loss.Please call us to let us know the status of your inquiry and to help us decide how to proceed from here.
