Dear [redacted] ***: I apologize for not being available on your attempts to previously contact us I will give you as much information as I can regarding this matter We were hired to provide limo service for our clients wedding on 5/31/ The service was scheduled for a 2:pm pick-up, the Groom/grooms men where picked up and dropped off at the venue by 3:pm In between that time the limo was involved in motor vehicle accident where the driver was not at fault As company procedure the driver must stop and exchange insurance and license information Driver must also make a police report to summit to our office We are aware that the driver had to chase the other vehicle due to the fact that the other party was fleeing the scene of the accident Finally when the other vehicle pulled over , yes the driver was upset and got out of his vehicle and was arguing with the other driver The Groom requested the driver to please leave because he did not want to be late for his wedding So the driver compiled with the grooms request and proceed with the service Apparently the police did stop the driver less then half a mile from the scene of the accident Where the driver gave a short statement and was expedited to proceeded with the service After the driver dropped off the groom/grooms men he went back to pithe bride Which at the time she was not aware of the accident The driver did not mention anything to the bride about the accident He didn't want to inconvenience her day in any way, shape, or form At 4:pm the Bride was dropped off at the venue and thanked the driver for his service She also asked driver to return 10:pm instead of 9:pm as it was previously scheduled At this time the driver contacted the office explained to the dispatcher what had occurred The dispatcher never received a call or a complain from the client requesting another driver or cancellation Therefor we assumed the service will continue as planned The driver was at the venue at 9:pm although the bride requested a 10:pm pick up A party of the bride/groom asked the driver to place a bag in the trunk of the vehicle that was for the bride/groom The bride/groom came out of the venue a 11:pm and stated to the driver that they did not want his service The bride/groom then got into a different vehicle which the driver followed to the hotel and handed the bag left in our limo for them Still at this point the client didn't contact our office to cancel this reservation The Bride also signed a contract where it clearly states that there is no refund The office did not hear from the customer until 6/2/where the dispatcher took the complaint and request for refund At that time the owner was out of the office When the Client finally got to speak to the owner she was very upset and was threatening to sue and contact the Revdex.com Even thou the contract states no refund the owner was willing to make an exception but since the client was yelling and hung up, he chose to refuse any type of refund The client also received a special price of $oppose to our regular wedding prices of $ Its unfortunate that this particular customer was not satisfied We been in service over years and for the past years we have serviced the Greater [redacted] area We will continue to provide the same professional and outstanding service that our customers have come to know us for If you need further information please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### or by email at [redacted] Kindest Regards, [redacted] Office Manager P.S Please note that [redacted] is no longer the owner The owners name is [redacted] and our address is [redacted] PA ***

I rented a limousine from this company for my wedding. On the way to the venue with just the groom and his groomsmen, and my 2 year nephew in the back, there was an accident. The accident was not the driver's fault, but his behavior afterwards was completely unacceptable. He displayed an extreme case of road rage, screaming like a lunatic. He drove recklessly through a mall parking lot at 40 miles per hour before getting out to engage the other driver. As he exited the vehicle he yelled and cussed at the other driver, even going so far as to pound his fist on the other driver's vehicle. He then proceeded to get back in the limousine and leave the scene of the accident. He was subsequently pulled over by the police. Luckily the police officer expedited the process, and the men were able to get to the venue on time.

Understandably, my groom did not tell me about the incident right away, as he didn't want to upset me on my wedding day. He waited until we were at the reception to tell me. The same driver returned in the limo after the reception to take us back to the hotel. However, after learning about his erratic behavior I did not feel safe in the car with him.

I have spoken to the owner of the company, and have requested a refund for at least the return trip as we did not even get into the limo at that point. However, the owner has completely refused to entertain any kind of refund. I would like my money back. I think I should be refunded all of it after the driver's behavior, but at the very least half of it as the service was not technically rendered.Desired Settlement: I think I should be refunded the full $586, but at the very least half of it as the service was not technically rendered.
