Mrs [redacted] pruchased the windows on 01/19/ They are the Series sliding windows The sliders are designed with a drainage system that allows water to drain across the sill and out to the weeps on the exterior On a hard rain you can see water in the interior channel which in turn drains to the exterior I have had my serviceman, [redacted] , at her house three times and had no visible sign of water leaking into the home I had [redacted] ***, our installation manager, go to her home and he used a hose to spray water on the windows, which is more water than a storm can produce, and no water leaked over the sill of the window We asked Mrs [redacted] to video the water coming over the sill on the next rain and we never received anything from her.I believe her complaint is on a hard rain she sees water in the track which is how the window is designed to drain The windows are installed in a 4-Season room which is made of foam panels It could be possible the room itself is leaking and not the windows

Mr [redacted] was supposed to call us the week of Febto re-schedule after he cancelled his appointment we had scheduled for Feb We are still waiting for him to call

We had an appointment set up with Mr*** yesterday afternoon and he called and cancelled the appointment. He said he would call us back and set another one up for next week. We are sending a different salesman and service man out to see him. I have attached pictures that were
taken after the installation. From the pictures there does not appear to be any "buckling" around the awning that we can see. However, we will meet with Mr*** and go over it with him

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: At this time, I have not contacted the business to reschedule our meeting at my home to go over the awning buckling problem. I will be calling the company the week of February 26, 2018, to reschedule this appointment since the company indicated that they were busy this week (week of February 19th) and I wished to respect their work schedule. Once this meeting occurs and the awning buckling has been corrected, I will then contact Revdex.com to inform you that the problem has been fixed properly. There is also a balance still owed for the work which I feel should be open to negotiation between the company and myself due to the ongoing problems of correcting the buckling awning
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: first of all the installer told me on day of installation he had a terrible time getting the old windows out and new ones in with a result of a broken window that they did replacethe room is not leaking! to top it off the and tenths of rain I just had...the water came in the tracks...I have to keep paper towels in the tracks so the water don't fill the tracks up! No I did not video because it is too dark in the room at night during the rains when I am home*** *** is a joke...he seen the water come in the tracks when I used the hosePeople do not have water coming in their homes threw windowsI worry about the water overflowing the tracks or leaking down the wall, as *** seen the water marks on the walls, & into the electrical outlets under the windowsI say the installation was botched & now I have JUNK windows to deal withthe job was sloppy, caulk everywhere not to mention I am up all hours of the night during rains, not even storms, sopping up waterthe laminate floor under one window is now buckled because of the water I didn't know was all overThat was the first time I knew they leakedThat water leaked under the trim and down the wall with a 220V heater on itCrown Window is a rip off and also Mr *** had an attitude with me on the phoneTalking to me like I don't understand demolition or constructionI told MANY people not to use Crown Window and will continue to do soThe weeping holes are at least a half inch higher than the track that *** *** drilled out and said that would take care of itWRONG! Typical lip service to a woman, and the response I just read obviously was written by Mr***
Sincerely,
*** ***

I have phoned the company and scheduled an appointment with them for Friday, March at 10:a.m

Mrs. [redacted] pruchased the windows on 01/19/2015.  They are the Series 6011 sliding windows.  The sliders are designed with a drainage system that allows water to drain across the sill and out to the weeps on the exterior.  On a hard rain you can see water in the interior channel...

which in turn drains to the exterior.  I have had my serviceman, [redacted], at her house three times and had no visible sign of water leaking into the home.  I had [redacted], our installation manager, go to her home and he used a hose to spray water on the windows, which is more water than a storm can produce, and no water leaked over the sill of the window.  We asked Mrs. [redacted] to video the water coming over the sill on the next rain and we never received anything from her.I believe her complaint is on a hard rain she sees water in the track which is how the window is designed to drain.  The windows are installed in a 4-Season room which is made of foam panels.  It could be possible the room itself is leaking and not the windows.

Mr. [redacted] was supposed to call us the week of Feb. 19 to re-schedule after he cancelled his appointment we had scheduled for Feb. 114.  We are still waiting for him to call.

here are a few pictures. I hope they come threw. the water stands in the tracks a long time before it drains and runs down the walls
