I was in the office when Marie returned Ms. [redacted]'s call on 11/5/2015. Marie could barely speak because Ms. [redacted] was talking over her and cutting her off. ended the conversation because she could not speak due to Ms. [redacted] screaming at her. Marie never called her a liar.Ms. [redacted] was not the only one who turned in late rent without the late fees. All were required to pay late fees and did so.
I must abide by the policies to all residents. If not, this would be a violation of fair housing.
The owner does not handle any complaints at the community. They are all handled by the property manager. I was here at the time and aware of the complaint and followed company policy.
Therefore, the $55.00 late fee will not be refunded.
