To Whom it May Concern:We recently received notice of a complaint filed against Crown Point RV ParkWe would like to provide the following clarification regarding this situation, in order to fully resolve this matter.Crown Point RV Park maintains spacesWe rent spaces to overnight, weekly, and monthly guests as available and all are subject to alteration or modification, as needed and determined by park managementIn other words, space numbers are not guaranteed.While we appreciate any frustration or confusion the complainant may have felt, Crown Point RV, nor its employees asked him to vacate the premises or end his tenancy.We did, however, ask him to move to a new space for reasons of safety and securityUpon having that conversation, the complainant became visibly upset and informed us he would be ending his tenancy.A full refund was given for unused rents paid.As a company policy, we do not provide reference lettersHowever we informed him that we would be happy to respond to telephone reference requests but, our company policy it to only confirm dates a tenant stayed with us and the monthly rent that was paid.We hope this provides the clarification necessary to successfully close this complaintPlease let us know if further information is required.Thank you for your attention in this matter, Crown Point RV Park
