This office keeps changing rules around to benefit their walletI asked when did these rules change and could not get a correct answer from anyoneSo I guess they make them up and enforce themJust wanted to get my cat groomed who goes there already and was told two different storiesHad to have full blood work before they would do anythingMy cat is not sick just needed groomingSo now they are telling me they have a new lawSo because I see the greed I will be taking my business to a Vet that cares more for the animals than money! ( what was supposed to be a grooming session $turned into $or more physical) for no reason but to pad their wallet!!!
Over the past eight years I have been going to Verdin Vetereinary with my four dogs and two cats. The doctors and staff have always been highly professional. In addition to their regular care I have also faced some major issues with them due to their aging years. [redacted] as well as the other doctors and staff have been nothing except compassionate and attentive to their health problems. Unfortunately I had three of my dogs all turning 14 yrs. old and with a heavy heart had no alternative than to have two put down within six weeks of each other. One had Cushings Disease and one bowel cancer. [redacted] did everything possible to make my babies comfortable until their final days. I can never repay Verdin Veterinary Services for the care and gentleness given to my babies as well as myself in this difficult time. I can not say enough about this practice and I am thankful that I have such concerned and experienced doctors and staff working with my fur babies. They are exemplary in my book! I have referred my family and many friends to [redacted] and will continue to do so in future years.
