I was wowed by the excellent customer service displayed by ***, as he was immediately able to find a one bedroom under 1200 that accepted housing and pets, to which I had vigorously searched without resolve. I returned home from a trip to my mothers and a neighbor asked me what the notice on my door was for... After checking the mail finding nothing I went to the office where the office personnel was able to locate one in my file, I took a copy. After inquiring into the matter I learned that for in undisclosed amount of time they had been getting two to three complaints a week on me for an unspecified problem(s). Or at least anything more than one occurrence of some unknown individual spray painting at 2am in the down stairs parking lot. He didn't seem open to continuing my tenancy but did say he gave me notice of termination of tenancy so as I could keep my housing. As he was about to make an appointment for the following day my call dropped. I called back and without resolve I went to the office and waited as he told his Secretary that he wasn't expecting me, so I should come back later. When I came back every time after he doesn't seem to be there. WITHOUT THOUROUGHLY CHECKING INTO THE MATTER OR INQUIRING AFTER 1, 2 OR 3 COMPLAINTS .... TO WHICH I COULD HAD CORRECTED WHATEVER THE MATTER IS AND PROMPTLY. JUST SO HAPPENS THAT I HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP FROM *** NAPA'S HOMELESS ADVOCATE AND OR SHELTER COORDINATOR SINCE JUNE FOR ALL THE VAGRANTS AMONGST THE COMPLEX. Upon moving in I had noticed a lot of loitering on the premise but since it wasn't bothersome to me I didn't say anything. My neighbors were really friendly and welcoming. It wasn't til this last Sept when a guest refused to leave that my manager asked me about the noise and I requested further help. The police had the person leave and all was back to normal. I have a solid 10 year rental history that's absolutely free of complaints!!!!! Rent was always in full on time in fact I currently have credits, place always kept cleaner than I received, and never a bother to others. I now have 14 days left and since they won't even speak to me directly for a resolution and if not resolution then to give me the actual sixty days instead of 46 days.. and if he was so concerned with me keeping my housing he would at least had worked with me before having to have gone through this far. Come to find out another tenant whom has been a true nuisance to at least 5 neighbors on a consistent basis had been complaining on me for some time alongside others and had finally got told one more and she would be out. I believe I am being evicted in a nice fashion as retaliation utilized by that neighbor and management being manipulated in such fashion as to bring this about.
