We will continue to pursue [redacted]Homes to ensure completion takes place sooner than later and with customer's satisfaction.The fact that Mr. [redacted] is not on island has made this part of the relocation very difficult for all involved. Not only is he not on island to assist and support during a very important time of their lives, we feel the separat ionhas caused the unnecessary accusations toward [redacted]
[redacted]. The relativity of hearsay is unclear.[redacted] have been servicing customer'sfor the past 30 years and striveto provide quality service that all customers deserve. We also have our [redacted] Program in place that will allow us to constantly review our quality system and make improvements when and where necessary. We confirm receipt of the additional information relative to the complaint dated September 25, 2015.We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] in addition to the maintenance department of [redacted] Homes. As of 9/24/15, we confirmed that the repairs would be completed on October 2, 2015.
