We received correspondence at our office similar to the Revdex.com complaint.  We responded by letting [redacted] know that we are not able to take her timeshear week back.  She then contacted us and requested copies of her file and any relevant documents.  She didn't think she had...

signed any paperwork.  We mailed copies of the file along with the Public Offering Statement which contains the By-Laws.  I am attaching copies of the documents in her file.  Some signatures that look like they are marked over are actually where the signature areas were highlighted.  I am also attaching copies of her letter to us, our response to that letter, her subsequent email to us, and our response to the email.  Our response to this complaint will be the same.  Our policy does not allow for owners to deed back their property.  We have strict rules in place and the only way we consider a deedback is if the owner is terminally ill, permanently bedridden, or is confined to a nursing home.  Any of these would require a doctor's letter for submission to be reviewed for deedback.  The idea behind timeshares is that the value is in usage.  If she is able to get the exchanges she wishes through RCI, she will feel like the maintenance and exchange fees are justified.  If she is not getting usage, of course she feels like she is throwing money away.  If she would like information on how to make the most of her timeshare week, I would be happy to discuss this with her.  I can give her options that she may not be aware of and since she is already in the RCI Points program, she's off to a good start.  The program is actually very flexible and offers many options to help owners find the vacations they desire.  Please have her contact me if she is interested in some suggestions.  If you have any questions, please contact me at the email or number listed below.Thank you, Executive AssistantCrown Resorts, Ltd.Email:  [redacted]@crownresortsltd.comPhone:  (228) [redacted] ext. 202Fax:  (228) [redacted]www.CrownResortsLtd.com
