Review: I called Crown Roofing and left a message to obtain a roofing estimate after receiving their name from a local business as being a reputable company. I called and left a message and did not receive a return phone call. After one week, I called a second time and reached a female at the company stating that I would like to get an estimate. She stated that the estimate "won't be this week." I indicated that was fine and we agreed that the person would come out the following week (which was last week) to provide an estimate. No one showed and no one called. I called again and left a message and have not received a return phone call.Desired Settlement: I don't expect anything from this company at this time as I won't be using them. I am issuing this complaint because of their poor service/response and want others to be warned about their follow through.
