I went in to use my gift certificate that my friend purchased over the phone from themThey had no record of the call or transactionThey were in the process of doing my pedicureI said that I will pay for this one and check into the gift certificateThe rude owner said no just check into it and let us knowNo need to pay for today's pedicureI called my friend to let her know they had no recordShe called the salon and talked to *** said have her come in the salon and we will have a *** certificate for her to useI stopped in the salon and asked for ***The owner in said she has nothing to do with this and she should of asked for me*** should of referred my friend to the ownerNow they tell me I need a copy of the transactionI asked *** why she did not tell my friend that on the phoneThey have given me nothing but the run aroundThere are honest people in the world and they need to learn customer service if they plan to stay in business
