Crowne Plaza Hotel - All Mid-Hudson Locations

Review: I stayed at the Crowne Plaza White Plains on On October [redacted] 2014. The room, room [redacted], has bugs in the bed. I complained, they moved my room, but since the service has been terrible. They conducted an investigation and assured me someone would reach out to me with the outcome. I have called both the hotel and corporate Crowne Plaza to complain and inquire about the status and only one person has returned my calls only to refer me to another person at the hotel. I have photos, a video, and three witnesses of the bugs that were in the bed of the room. I have forwarded them to [redacted] at the hotel. They are claiming that their investigation determined that there were no bugs in the room.

Corporate Crown Plaza has refused to help me in anyway. [redacted] ([redacted]) has offered me no assistance and in no uncertain terms told me that she in not interested in seeing my photos.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the hotel charge to my [redacted].
