On Dec 19, the church group had eventMs [redacted] - [redacted] provided us with her credit card for and we were under impression that the church will settle remaining balance on the day of the eventWe made numerous attempt trying to collect the debt owed and finally we went back to the file and billed the credit card that was on file provided by one of the board memberThis finally got their attention and another member from the church called on January 19, to pay for the balance and we immediately credited Ms [redacted] ***'s accountThank you kindly, [redacted]

[redacted] of Forestree outlined the job in his contract to me, which included trimming of trees, grinding of tree stumps, and the delivery and planting of a maple tree from a local nursery [redacted] and his hired crew completed trimming of of the trees, and did not complete the rest of the job

Tell us why here We tried cleaning the mattress to bring it back into rentable stageHousekeeping spent countless hours curing the smellThe smell keeps re-appearing because mattress is heavily soaked with urine we rented the room couple of times because guests booked that specialty ADA compliance roomBoth times we received negative comments online [redacted] and tripadvisor has comments posted mentioning the smell(we also had to discount both rooms) Mr [redacted] wanted to pay deprecated value which I disagree because I am not charging him anything extra for keeping this room Out of order since it is not generating any revenue for usOUr rate at the hotel varies based on business demandsNext week alone our rate is per nightI am losing revenue on this room since it cannot be rented due to smell(revenue loss for Mon/Tues/Wed/Thur is 636.00-next week) Hotel is only charging him for replacing the mattressThe mattress is commercial grade Crowne Plaza Specification plush mattressHotel has placed the order and but wait time is days please let me know if I can be any further assistance to you and MR*** thank you kindly, [redacted] Manager on Duty Cell/ [redacted] Hotel/ [redacted] ***

We received your complaint on December 7,On that day, our accounting manager [redacted] immediately reached our to Mr [redacted] by email and phone to resolve his issueOn 11/23/I do not know who he spoke with at the hotel, because he did not speak to either Ms [redacted] or myselfAs of today December Mr [redacted] , has not responded to either the email of phone calls which were sent to him after we received your letterPlease let me know if I can be of further assistanceI can provide a copy of the email that Ms [redacted] sent on December 7thThank you

I was hesitant to hire them but options they have with the payment and work were better than with other companiesFinally I gave it a shot and want to say that I was surprised, they worked well, cleaned up the space after, gave me tips about how to take care of the tree and even year warranty on their job- right? So Ill give them star because they did everything they said and even little moreFriendly and nice people!

This company came out to my house and worked well with me on schedulingThey showed up when they were supposed to and cut down three very large cottonwood trees for meThey are insured and not a fly by night crewVery respectableThey cut the trees up and made short work of all of the woodThe price was very cheap compared to others in this businessI would recommend Forestree to my friends and relativesI think some of the complaints are from people trying to get more than they paid for out of this businessThey are low cost, but they showed up on time and did exactly what they promised me they would do, and they did it well and safeWhat more could I ask for

I recently ordered firewood from ForestreeThey delivered to Conifer for a reasonable priceThey took the time to teach me the different species of wood and some of their characteristicsThey also helped me stack the woodThe only thing is that it can be hard to schedule a drop off time because they do a lot of emergency tree work in DenverOverall I had a nice experience and will order wood from them again next season

He took the time to chat with my husband and I about what is going on with our trees and the best route to goNot only did he do a great job, he also taught us a few cool tree factsI love learning about my property and how to maintain our treesI would highly recommend Forestree to anyone who is looking for a knowledgable arborists!

Contracted with Forestree to remove two trees and stumps Both trees were removed and the stump grinding was set for Tuesday, October 4th I paid the entire amount including the amount for the removal of the stumps The check was cashed They never showed up I have repeatedly called and my phone calls have never been returned I had a landscaping crew coming in for extensive landscaping work and I had to call in another company to remove the stumps at a cost of $ As of today, October 16th my calls have still not been returned

I received several quotes to take out and remove my large pine tree in my back yardhalf of the companies said they couldnt even take on such a large treeFilip with Forestree was somewhere in the middle as far as pricing, but seemed the most knowledgeable and offered to do extra work that the others didnt even noticehe completed the work with his crew, they did a bunch of other little things at no extra cost, they were nice and courteous, and my yard was cleaner then before they showed up when they finishedi would highly recommend this wonderful, local, small business to anyone

I hired Forestree to remove large cottonwood trees from my property The cost of the back tree was $and the front tree was $ The owner *** indicate he needed a deposit of $1800, but would start on the back tree and the tree would be done the same day I gave *** the deposit on 1/17/and he started the removal of the $tree After approx hours work he indicated he needed more guys and was going to come back the next day to finish the tree He never showed up the next day but sent one of his workers to clean up some of the brush from the tree As of right now I have a four feet high by feet wide pile of tree debris in my yard and approximately 20% of the tree removed It is now 1/31/and the owner will not respond I tried to negotiate a refund with him and he was to send the money via *** I have no refund and the tree is still there It appears as though Forestree stole my $ In addition, he broke several of my fence pickets as well as

I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree to the managers position that there are two ways to consider to pay for the damage to the mattress These options are either, (1) pay full price for the mattress or (2) pay for lost revenue during the period the room could not be rented. The manager states he will not share information about reservations and whether the room was actually needed during the time frame he has identified He says that such information is confidential and will not be shared to individuals outside of hotel managementI admit to the damage and am willing to pay an amortized value for the mattress based on how long it has been in service. *** *** *** ** ***

Well, here are his exact words to following up on some uncompleted work, "Maybe we can meet in person and I can write down in front of you all my responses to your silly questions and demands, then hand them to you as I cough my lungs outWould that raise your *** hairs, or do you want to keep wasting my time?"

I am rejecting this response because:I repeat I never smoked ever in my life, and these very small amount of ashes could have been there from before.

Company states: We did take a picture. They also initial the policy stating that if they smoke we will charge a fee. When the maid comes to check the room they noticed the smoke.

Hotel will stand by the decision that was outlined previously.
the replacement mattress arrived 02/10/2017 to the hotel that mat Crowne Plaza Brand standard.
Guests action resulted in replacement.
Hotel tried to salvage the mattress by cleaning/shampooing it multiple times. The smell will not go away. Therefore we have to buy replacement item and bill the guests.
