Crowne Services picked up my TV on Oct 14, and has had it since thenThey have replaced the screen, main board and other partsThey ran several tests and it has failed all of themI have spoke to them on a weekly and daily basis to find they have replaced several parts, ran sevewral test again and it fails every time then to find they have to replace the screen and main board againWhen this repair is done and if it passes testing I was told today I will not have it delivered until mid DecemberIt is time to stop the pain and replace the TV !!!

Crowne tv repair came out to fix a problem with my tv my tv would turn off about secs after I turn it on after it was turned off for awhile, when I turned it right back on it would play just fine until I turned it offCrowne tv repair came out and said they put in a main board but when I got home the tv was not working at allWhen I contacted them they said the main bird they put in must have been defectiveI told them my tv was not coming on at all nowThey said they would have to take my tv with them to put it on a diagnostic machine , transporting my inch tv over +miles from my homeI was not satisfied with the way they pack my tv for transportationI was told if the tv was damaged during transportation they had Insurance that will replace the TVI was also concerned because it was very hot that day and my yv would be in there hot Vehicle all dayI was informed that I was their fist stop and they had more repairs to do that daySo my tv would be in a hot tru

If I had the option of zero stars, I would have chosen zeroMy LG washer that is under warranty displayed a clear code of the part that had brokenLG referred me to Crowne Services for my repairAfter phone calls of notification (including the code #) & changed appointment days to ENSURE that the required part would arriveToday, the repairman showed, after days without a washer & claimed that they were not notified of the code #/part & that he did not have it on handUpon review of the work order that he had with him, it absolutely contained the code # that I provided to Crowne ServicesThe repairman had to call the office & after a tempered communication from who I learned was the OWNER of Crowne Services & personally heard the owner yell at the repairman that he had no desire to speak with me, the resolve was that I wait another 7-daysIn addition, the part that the repairman had available was not a part that needed replaced at allHowever, he had to follow his employers orders & replaced a part that was completely unnecessaryIn closing, I will add that the repairman was professional & kind despite being placed between a disgruntled customer & an angry owner whom I heard speak to the young man in a yelling tone that was completely unjustified

This business is a jokeMy dryer went out on 3/My warranty company contact this joke of a company, who couldn't be bothered to come attempt to fix my dryer until 4/This was after a couple scheduled appts where the techs never showed and they couldn't even bother to call us to let us know that our appts had been canceledTech came out replaced the heating element, dryer appeared to be workingWent to do laundry that night, back to not heating upThey came back out on 4/(almost a week later), to "fix" it againThey sent different techs this timeMid way through replacing the heating element again, one of the techs took a call from what I am assuming was his girlfriend from the conversation I overheard, fighting with herAfter that phone call, they rushed through the repairDidn't even test the dryer to make sure it was working, and leftI immediately went to see if it was working, wouldn't even turn on at this pointMy boyfriend ran to stop them from leavingThey came back up to see what the issue was, the dryer was then popping the breakerCome to find out they broke a piece of the dryer when they attempted to fix itOne of the techs, Jimmy, ask me boyfriend if he wanted him to "rig it" so that it workedThey sent the same techs back out on 4/at 7pm to fix the dryerThe replaced the fuse, fixed what they brokeGot it to stop tripping the breakerAll was good, or so we thought
Now my dryer is overheating after minutes of runningThe warranty company is insisting on sending this same, useless company out to fix itWhat a jokeWe've been without a dryer for over a month
The techs don't know what they are doing; they were on the phone with their supervisor for most of the repairThe girls who answer the phone are rude and unhelpfulWhen they tell you someone will call you, they won'tDon't waste your time with this companyGo with someone else! Anyone else!
