Took my car to ABS Automotive in Douglasville, GA have an oil pan gasket replaced on May 17, The auto shop called on the morning of May 18th and said that I also need a new valve cover and had a axle seal leakThey said it would be an additional $600- I called my daughterShe advised me to just have the original problem fixed because she wanted another opinion We picked the car up that evening The charge was $ On May 19, we took the car to another shop for diagnostic testingThe auto shop owner called back and asked when was the oil pan gasket was put on because the one he was looking at had not been replaced He also stated that the car did not need a valve cover He did say that the axle seal had a leak, but that it would cost $80, not the $that ABS Automotive wanted to chargeThe other autoshop took pictures to show that the repair had not been done and even showed me while he care was on a lift in his shopMy daughter and I went back o ABS Automo

This company is contracted with my insurance carrier to provide towing servicesOn 6/24/at 10:30pm,my insurance carrier contacted ABS for a mile tow for me, I was notified by ABS that a tow truck would arrive by 12:amI received an texted message with an updated eta of 1:am around 11:30pmAt 2am, my vehicle had not arrived and I did not hear from the ABS dispatch or driver so I contacted my insurance carrierAfter several failed attempts to contact ABS and voicemails left for them, my insurance carrier apologized and stated they were unable to reach them and I would need to call back at am to place another request for a towThis is not a professional companyI was left stranded and ABS didn't have they decency to contact me and say they would not be able to fulfill their commitmentI do not recommend ABS as they are not reliable!!!
