Review: I together with my wife are planning to visit Fiji in August 2014. My wife ([redacted])called this travel company in early February to enqire about travel fares from Sacramento to Nadi Fiji Islands. She was told that the fare would be $1090.00 ($us).Our tentative travel dates were from August 13th to August 20th/21ST. She again called in late Feb. to check on flight schedules and she was told that flights go everyday. The Owner also stated that we can tentatively book our flights and we have till end of March to pay this fare of $1090.00 return for each pearson.Based on the good faith information and committment from Crows Landing Travel, we started planning on making this trip a reality.However when my wife called for the 3rd time to confirm our exact dates for our travel, she was told that the fare has gone up to (us1290.00). She asked as to why the prices have gone up when in 2 earlier phone conversations, we were told that the fares are $1090.00. I feel were were totally let down by this Crows Travel Landing and and as past customer of Crows Landing Travel, I feel we as consumers have been deprived of the Good Faith Committment by Crows Landing Travel. My wife was told that we need to change our Travel dates to get another promotional fare.I am totally upset and feel betrayed by Crows Landing Travel in giving me this Raw Deal.Desired Settlement: All I am asking is for Crows Landing Travel to maintain their Good Faith committment of $1090.00 return fare which they twice verbally honoured over the phone to my wife.

Mr. [redacted] and his wife [redacted] were only given a quote that the lowest fare can be $1090.00 UDS upon availability. They were advised to make the booking ASAP because seats may not be available for that fare if they call a later time. If the requested dates have been sold out which the client wants to travel on, it becomes higher and higher. Airline fares fluctuate on a daily bases, it's only guaranteed until such time it is booked and ticketed. When they had called the first time in early February to inquire of the fares in August it may had been a $ 1090.00 to $1290.00 for that given date.
