Review: Had a need to file income tax in a timely contacted [redacted] Crowther, after accepting all of our information she chose to take a trip back to Africa before completing the job I contacted her in late May and informed her that if she could not complete the job by June first we would have to find another tax preparer. I never heard from her again until the middle of July. I informed her that her services were no longer needed and she should return my information she sends me a [redacted] with a bill for 200% more than we payed her in the pass, disregarding my request that she simply return my information, she also had us file an extension in April which I discovered when I went to another accountant was extensions were filed unless we would owe more than we had paid in which we did not.Desired Settlement: would like for Ms. Crowther to return all of my personal information, so my taxes and personal information will not be further compromised.
