to tell me their side of the storyAs I was not there, I can not take any actionI explained that if it is that bad, please call the police.The woman above *** *** is a single mom with a mentally and physically handicapped childThey are gone all day and in bed by 9PMYes, the child can get out of hand, but it is not in the middle of the night or all day long.*** *** has sent me a complaint just a month ago regarding mold in her apartmentWe had a mold test done and so did she, both indicating no mold issueShe went to the township and told them I was doing nothing about the mold issue in her apartment. *** *** is a long time tenant and we have never really had complaints from her in the pastAll this is newWe are responding each time she comes with a complaint to the best we can.
