CRS (Capitol Recovery Services)

I received a call yesterday from CRS his name was Nathan. He left a voicemail on my cell phone with a threatening message about calling him back or my attorney calling him back regarding my sister in laws debt of some sort I was very annoyed at the fact that he was lying to me about my sister in law used me as a reference which she does not do. I didn’t like the fact that they said he would give me 40 for a statement. After listening to the message I returned his call and I stated to take my phone number off of his list. He asked me to tell my sister in law to call him and I told him he had her address and phone number for him to call her He said she won’t answer the phone. That is not my problem and I feel they are harassing me. The message he left was was uncalled for with threats and lies. I do not like their business practices This is not the first time they have called me.the following is the message. I have the voicemail but not sure where to download it. “Hello my name is Nathan h*** from CRS _?_?_ Associates calling in for the respond to Gwen _?_?_?_?_ _?_?_ _?_?_?_ _?_?_ my office has been retained to receive a statement from you due to a pre-litigation complaint that has been fired fired fired _ _?_?_?_ _ case number *** Dash *** _?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ further proceedings under Ohio state _?_?_ you are allocate it only $40 to respond with the formal statement or south or your attorney _?_?_?_?_?_ contact my office immediately at 866-200-3424 my direct extension is *** thank you…”

I'm being harassed and threaten via emails, phone calls on my cell, and at work. My family and friends are even being harassed.
