CRS Company

Review: Both my father and ex-boyfriend of more than a decade received phone calls today stating that I had a summons to appear in court and they were trying to locate me. They also stated that I provided them with their phone numbers and names. I don't even have my ex's phone number, nor are we connected socially. He only has my email address. When I contacted the company to talk about my collection account I asked for a valid mailing address and they gave me [redacted] Ave. Ste. [redacted], Anaheim, CA 92790. I now know this to be a false address. Therefore, I am unable to send them a letter asking for validation of debt. I refuse to verify any personal information with this company as I know them to be scammers. Unfortunately, the representative hung up on me the minute I asked for this validation.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to cease all contact with myself and anyone else relating to this false credit account.
