After purchasing on item on line with this merchant, C.R.S., Inc., I requested special delivery procedures to accommodate our work schedules at our residence. C.R.S. was customer insensitive and rude by stating that they would charge a re-stocking fee for the product if I refused delivery and informed me that it was my responsibility to make special arrangements to pick up the item at UPS. Further C.R.S. threatened to take legal actions if I did not resolve the dispute. There was no effort made by C.R.S. to satisfy my special request as the customer.
