I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received a rather NASTY email (Again, I have proof) having my integrity being attackedI felt the need to NOT accept their answer despite the fact that yes, I DID FINALLY get my refundHowever, instead of an apology, I was attacked here by their response and via email as I said. I was pretty much accused by "Marie L." of being a thief who never returned the parts, but yet they issued a refund anyway to pretty much not have to "deal with" me any longer.--If I was a company such as this, there would BE no refunds until returned items were logged so I am not that stupid to buy that. I was verbally assaulted and abused by Marie Lthis "exec", and want a damn apology for all the trouble I've had with her and the company in generalReally? is that TOO much to admit you were wrong? ***. I was "unprofessional" uhm, excuse me...I never said not once I wAa a professional of auto parts industry or mechanics and she knew this so that is a redundant statement--a clear sign that she does not know what she is doingAlso, I AM a PROFESSIONAL of IT Systems and now very well how long it takes to "process" refunds electronicallyso don't go there eitherI should have had a refund within hours AT MOST, yet I waited nearly an additional month. I find it funny that as soon as I sent a copy of the complaint to the "exec team" email thread that my previous responses were completely ignored that they suddenly issued a refund within a day of my copy of said complaintShe claims the item wasn't even returned in the email that suddenly came to life after I sent the Revdex.com complaint to themAs for the returned part...I have PROOF it wasPlease refer to the tracking number of the package and input it at UPS.com for absolute PROOF that is was returned...said tracking number is : *** everyone WILL SEE THAT THIS PACKAGE WAS indeed DELIVERED on March ***, at exactly 12:PM.AGAIN, I have PROOF of all this correspondence and how I've been treated so I have NO idea *** these people are trying to pull ***!!!!!! I can upload and prove how I was treated just by email alone, never mind that I JUST PROVED with the tracking number that the part was indeed returnedI would ALSO like to say that the car is no longer on the roadWhy, you may ask? Because the "correct" replacement part that I bought after I talked to her on the phone and explained THEY SENT THE WRONG PART shortly before this ** started was actually DEFECTIVE and I nearly got killed in a near accident BECAUSE of itNow THAT is a completely different issue I am contemplating dealing with legally, but for now and for this current mess yes, I still demand an apology.ApologyNOWPlease and Thank YouThen and ONLY THEN will I let this goUntil then however, I will be making reports to *** (technically I already did with them), Yelp, the Attorney Generals office, and any other consumer protection agency/advocate that will listen to me.Marie--it is YOU dear, that is UNPROFESSIONALClearly, you are NOT suited WHATSOEVER for Customer Service so do your company a favor and leave it to someone who truly is

As you will see form the attached, we have issued the requested refund. Please note that our Receiving Depthas no record of the parts being returned; but we do not have the time or inclination to continue dealing with *** *** who has been less than professional and honest in her
dealing with Deutschepartsusa. From the very beginning she purchased the incorrect parts, yet demanded we pay for the return shipping. I am sorry that I did not stand my ground and insist she pay for the return shipping since she selected and purchased the incorrect parts. That being said, once again we have issued the refund even though the parts have never been returned

I have attached four pages from their *** add They are the warranty information This is a very big public safety issue When the part from Hamburg Technic failed and broke in half, it caused the car to veer off the road If the car had not been going slow, this could have
been deadly
