Review: From the beginning, I ordered pictures from CRS Productions for the [redacted] These pictures were taken in early May (first week of May) at the [redacted]. I ordered these pictures in EARLY June. I used my debit card to make the purchase of $87.10. This included the price of the pictures I ordered and the shipping and handling. The payment was processed on my card June 19, 2014. Roughly two months later- late July/ early August- I had called to check on the status of the pictures. It had been over eight weeks and I was upset that no one had made an attempt to notify me as to why the pictures were not mailed yet. When I called, I had spoken to [redacted], [redacted], he had told me that they were having trouble printing one of the pictures I ordered and they would have copies of the pictures I ordered out to me within the week. After numerous phone calls, from myself and [redacted], the cadet attending the [redacted], we had reached the summit of this problem. [redacted] and I asked for a refund because we did not think it was adequate service or quality for us to pay almost 90$ for pictures that we have been waiting MONTHS for. [redacted] said that he 'would see what he could do' and try to refund the money to my debit card or write me a check.

- [redacted] was incredibly rude on the phone, he would interrupt and speak over us on the phone

- He would not apologize and would not let us finish our sentences

- He continued to stall and tell me that the pictures should have arrived and to call back in a couple of days if they had not.

- He claimed that the tracking on the pictures said that they were delivered, when I called and asked why he would have sent my 90$ pictures out without a tracking confirmation or signature, he told me he would have a written report from the post office.

It is now mid- October and not only have I not received any pictures but [redacted] claims that we had not spoken about a refund and that he would look into the matterDesired Settlement: The desired outcome would be to return the full charge to my debit card. I cannot believe the audacity and unprofessional demeanor from this company and the representative I spoke with. I did not get the product I paid for. I was not notified in any way regarding the un-timely service. I've made multiple calls, over the course of weeks, to correct this issue and he is not being compliant. I was told I was being issued a refund and I've been courteous to wait two months and now, I am being treated as if the issue was never resolved.

I would never do business with company again, I would not recommend them, and I will be filing the same complaint with the [redacted] department at [redacted] because this is way handled in a very unprofessional way.
