customer asked for the job to be finished when in fact the job was done, she wanted some caulking to be done , If she would have called us direct we would have gladly taken care of this issueThe complaint was not made by the customer but her partner who was the person that made the
complaint The issue was resolved and completed

August I contracted with this company to put down a new vinyl floor The floor was put in but the project was never finishedThere is an area that needs to be finished and I have been told since August it would get doneThe work was never finished for various reasons: worker was out sick, waiting for part to be delivered, became too busy with other customersThe finishing of the work was started but has not been completed even though I was promised it would get done on several occasions; twice a date was set and no one showed up and no phone call was received to say why no one showed upI thought CRT was a great company and planned to use them again but it is now February and my flooring is not complete
