Review: I asked CRT Labs to test airbags for a burst pressure reading. I delivered 12 airbags with check in hand and was told it would be more than week for the results. The results came back quickly. I asked what method was used and if we could have some sort of proof via video or pictures or even be present when the test was done. I was verbally harassed and accused of being suspicious and not given any information requested! I find it hard to believe there was any testing done on the bags as they came back to us un ruptured and showing no signs of stress from being inflated. The polywoven material would have pulled at the seems. The bags had no sign that air was even put in them.Desired Settlement: We now have to find and pay for another testing facility and would like our money to be refunded by CRT Labs since they would not cooperate with our requests and therefore find it hard to believe that testing was done correctly or at all.
