Review: The service is hoorible,they do not return phone calls.We have a year contract with them and they do not seem to fulfill that. They were very quick in getting their money upfront,however are not responding to the calls.We are a doctor's office and patient's health is in jeopardy if we do not have their records available on time.So kindly help us with this.We are not the only office complaining about them,they should be reprimanded for their careless attitude and customer support.Desired Settlement: We just want for them to respond to us at least and be responsive,and take care of the problem we have.Also please post this on your website
