Review: In an email dated February 11, 2014, [redacted], a manager with this firm, indicated that "... you should have received or will receive any day now a non compliance letter and the return of your money order. ......." After my inquiry, in March, 2014, [redacted] advised me that ther firm could not locate the two money orders to return to us and that we should check with the Post Office to see if they had been cashed. We verified with the Post Office that the two money orders had been deposited by this firm. We informed [redacted]. After another delay, we asked why why there was a delay in receiving the refund. [redacted] indicated that the delay was due to the firm's accounting office moving to a different location. Finally, on April 9, 2014, [redacted] indicated by email that ....the money order was inadvertently deposited in our account and your refund is being mailed today. ...The firm has not acknowledged any of the three emails that we have sent since that date.In the emails from [redacted] of that firm, she continues to reference one money order. The refund should be for two money orders of $75.00 each (for my wife and myself) for a total refund of $150.00.Desired Settlement: A refund check for $150.00 sent to us by overnight FEDEX or EXPRESS MAIL.

Review: I attended a presentation for a direct wholesale company on June 21, 2013 and for attending was provided a voucher (voucher #[redacted])for a 3 day, 2 night with air to anywhere in the continental US via Cruise-Air Package. I submitted the required paperwork on July 19, 2013 along with a $150 Postal Money Order (for processing)to Cruise-Air Package, requested two travel dates, one in November 2013 the other in January 2014. Travel dates had to be at least 60 days apart. Two weeks ago I received a letter from Cruise-Air Package stating that "due to non-compliance with the terms of the offer.....did not allow 60 days between dates" along with the $150 Money Order. I have e-mailed the company several times asking for an explanation of how November 2013 and January 2014 are not at least 60 days apart but have received no reply. I followed all the "rules' they stipulated and don't understand their denial. Unfortunately I did not keep a copy of the paperwork I send them.Desired Settlement: I would like Cruise-Air Package to honor the voucher for the 3 day, 2 night with air.
